I work with agents, directors and business owners to lift performance by improving the parts of the business that actually move the needle.

Nurturing strategy.
Listing conversion.
Seller management.
Negotiation.
Team structure.
Accountability.
Business rhythm.

This is practical real estate coaching built on lived experience, not theory.

  • I am not a theoretical coach commenting from the outside.

I spent 25 years as a frontline sales agent operating at the highest level of residential real estate. I sold more than 1,200 properties, transacted nearly $1 billion in residential sales and built a business doing more than 100 sales a year.

I know what it takes to prospect, list, negotiate, manage sellers, handle buyers, build pipeline and perform under pressure over the long term.

Later, I moved into senior leadership roles, including Head of Victoria for both Belle Property and hockingstuart, and Head of Academy at Belle Property, where I worked across 160 offices and more than 1,900 professionals nationally.

That matters because I understand the business from every angle. Agent. Team leader. Director. Executive. Trainer. Advisor.

  • High performance in real estate is not random.

It comes from the right structure around the right people.

I work with agents, assistants, administration teams, BDMs, directors and business owners to build systems that improve performance across the whole business. That can include listing presentations, seller management, negotiation, buyer follow-up, database architecture, nurturing strategy, chase lists, EBU design, workflow, accountability, leadership and tech stack review.

I do not come in with a cookie-cutter formula.

I lift the hood, understand how the business is really operating, identify where opportunities are being lost and build a better way forward based on the people inside it.

  • My work is not built for people who want a few tips once a month and hope things improve.

It is for serious operators who want to get better.

I take the time to understand who you are, what drives you, what your strengths are, where you get stuck and what success actually looks like for you.

    Then I build around that.

For one person, success might be more GCI.

For another, it might be better structure and less chaos.

For another, it might be building a stronger EBU, becoming a better lister or creating a more profitable business.

    Nothing is one-size-fits-all.

This is bespoke, hands-on work in the trenches, built around real people, real goals and real performance.

When the right structure goes into a real estate business, everything starts to lift.

Conversations become sharper.

Seller management becomes stronger.

Negotiation becomes more controlled.

Follow-up becomes more disciplined.

Teams become more aligned.

Performance becomes less reactive and more deliberate.

The business stops relying on talent alone and starts operating with structure.

People know their role.

They know the standard.

They know what happens next.

That is the shift I help create.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you are serious about improving performance, tightening systems and building a stronger real estate business, these are the questions I get asked most often.

  • I work across the parts of the business that most directly affect performance and profitability.

That can include nurturing strategy, database management, listing presentations, seller management, negotiation, buyer follow-up, prospecting structure, chase lists, EBU design, team alignment, leadership, accountability, workflow, systems and tech stack review.

I do not just focus on one area. I look at the business properly and help improve the parts that are holding it back.

  • Most coaching is too generic.

A coach drops in, gives a few tips, talks in broad terms and leaves without ever really understanding the people, the business or the pressure.

That is not how I work.

I get in the trenches with people. I take the time to understand the individual, the team and the business. I look at strengths, weaknesses, goals, habits, systems and missed opportunities, then build the right structure around them.

The work is hands-on, bespoke and practical. Not theoretical.

  • I work with sales agents, assistants, administration teams, BDMs, directors, principals, business owners and leadership teams.

I also work with property management businesses, franchise groups and corporate real estate networks.

Sometimes I am helping one person lift their performance.

Sometimes I am helping a whole office or business operate better.

  • That is part of what I do, but it is only part of it.

I also work on seller management, negotiation, listing strategy, buyer follow-up, effective business units, team structure, leadership, accountability, systems, process and top-down business analysis.

My work is broad because real estate performance is broad.

  • By strengthening buyer control, refining negotiation frameworks and building structured database systems, I help agencies increase listing conversions, improve pipeline visibility and drive more consistent results across sales teams.

  • Most of my deeper work happens in focused twelve-week blocks.

That gives me time to understand the person, understand the business, identify where the real gaps are and build the right structure around them.

I also do workshops, training days, conference speaking and shorter advisory engagements where appropriate.

  • Both.

A lot of my best work is hands-on and close to the business, but I also work remotely where that makes sense.

The key point is not the format. The key point is that the work is real, practical and built around implementation.

  • Start with a short call.

That gives me a chance to understand your business, what you are trying to improve and whether there is a fit.

If there is, I will outline what working together could look like.

If there is not, I will tell you that too.

Also, that footer at the bottom looks unfinished and cheap right now.
